When submitting data through the Carsisto service (e.g. when making an enquiry), we process the personal data you provide in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The controller who will process the personal data you provide is always the relevant inspector to whom we send your data as part of facilitating the service between them and you. We strive to ensure that your data is processed by inspectors only to the extent necessary to handle your request.
If you discover or believe that a particular inspector is using your personal data beyond the scope of handling your request, please contact that inspector directly and ask them to remedy the situation.
You have the right to be informed about what personal data is processed about you in Carsisto's systems, for what purpose and in what manner.
If you discover or believe that we are processing personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or contrary to law, you may request an explanation or demand that we remedy the situation (blocking, correction, addition or deletion of personal data).
